How will I know when my order is ready?
We'll email you a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way.

What is your return policy?
Please send an email to info@violetandwilde.com with the subject line "Return Inquiry," followed by your order number along with a quick explanation about why you'd like to return your art. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. The art work must be in mint condition, untouched on the surface and include all labels and certificates. We'll let you know if your return is eligible for a refund or an exchange. Return shipping/postage costs are for the account of the shipper.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your artwork is shipped within 10 business days but usually sooner. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
